1. The prices shown are NOT including shipping charges unless stated so.

3.Please do not back out after confirming order. If you're not interested in the item anymore, please do inform us. Last minute back outs or cancellation will not be entertained.
4. Booking is only allowed for 3 days.
5. No exchange/refund is allowed after purchased.
6. If item needs to be return because of some circumstances, shipping charges will be bare by customer.
7. Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.
8. Payment, including delivery charges must be paid within 3 days the confirmation order is made. Orders are canceled otherwise.
9. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made.
10. All postage/delivery fees are to bear by buyers.
11. We will not be responsible for any losses occurred during delivery.
